What Happens Next
Telephone / Video Appointments
(All bookings are scheduled in UK time – GMT in winter and BST in summer. If you are outside the UK, please check the time difference for your location using a time zone converter to ensure accuracy.)
Complete the Client Questionnaire
Once you’ve submitted your questionnaire, I will carefully review your answers to understand your needs.
Clarification
If needed, I will contact you by email to clarify any details before proceeding.
Payment
I will then send you a PayPal invoice for the service (including any applicable PayPal charges) or direct you to the Fees page for payment.
Scheduling Your Session
Once payment is received, I will offer you a selection of available days and times for your appointment.
I accept PayPal and bank transfer.
You do not need a registered PayPal account to make an online payment. PayPal allows you to pay securely with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) without creating an account.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please request my company bank details via the email enquiry form, and I will provide them to you directly.
