Me
My Responsibilities Towards You

When I decided to start up my practice I knew I was ready.

I had most definitely undergone the life experiences and wisdom to help women of all ages no matter
what issues they were encountering in their lives.

Training and qualifications are the back bone of any practising therapist however what I also feel is paramount is the ability to try and "feel" the clients issue without overstepping the therapist/client boundaries. In order to do this it is important that the therapist themselves has undergone many life experiences, junctures and challenges and emerged a stronger individual.

From hardship comes maturity and what follows from there is ample wisdom to guide others without
taking away their free will.

My life experiences have shaped the person I am today personally and professionally. It is because of these rites
of passage if I may call them that give me the vital tools to listen to you, understand your concerns and
to sincerely help you through your therapeutic journey.

It takes immense responsibility to undertake this role and I do my best to help you on every step of the way.

You
Are You Suited To Undergo Therapy Right Now

I do follow a strict policy in which if I feel you are not suitable for the services I offer I will have to refuse and this is solely because I value your care and welfare. But I can only make the "right" decision based on the information you tell me.

I promise to assist you fully and with dedication. What I ask from you in return is that you are honest with me from the onset so I can understand how you feel and there is no second guessing or consequence.

Please make sure that you complete all the sections on the client questionnaire as well as disclose any important issues to me during the initial chat  so I know that you are suitable for therapy.

Withholding crucial information such as any mental health concerns, medication , substance abuse or
any other matters could result in you entering a rocky road in which there are no safety mechanisms or emotional control. It could prove to be potentially dangerous and threatening to your emotional and mental state.

I Work Especially Well With:

Women looking for balance, emotional control, independence, and confidence

Women looking for a safe, non-judgemental place to work on anxiety, depression,
self-image, and relationship issues

Women looking for healthier communication skills, life skills, and a more positive outlook
